To all Promotional Exhibitors:
Thank you for your decision to exhibit at the 2008 Johnson County Fair. We are looking forward to working with you to make your exhibit a success. Let me know if you need an official receipt for your rental payment.

Liability Insurance
If you have not yet provided me with a copy of your proof of liability insurance, you may send to me via fax 319-624-3097, or deliver before you exhibit at the fair. You are required to have this in place.

Days with Special Activities
Teen Day – Monday Kid’s Day – Tuesday – lots and lots of little children
Senior Day – Wednesday Veteran’s Day – Thursday

Exhibit Locations
Exhibitors are listed on our website, along with their locations. I did my best to fill any special requests or at least came close.

Parking – there is a free gate and free parking – no reserved areas for exhibitors.
No parking directly behind buildings B and C.

Exhibit information
• Buildings are not air-conditioned. Having an electric fan in your booth is encouraged.
• If you requested Internet, you will be given a password on Monday morning.
• Our buildings will be open every morning at 9:30 am for your entry, and will close promptly at 9 pm, when the doors will be locked for the night.
• Your exhibit needs to be staffed throughout the fair. Monday-Wednesday from 10 a.m.
to 9 p.m. daily. Thursday is 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please do not remove items early We will want to close the buildings at 9:00 pm on Thursday night.
• All materials need to be removed as quickly as possible, preferably by 9 p.m. on Thursday night. Friday morning is by appointment only, after 7:30 am and must be completed by 9:00 am due to the livestock sale.
• You are responsible for providing everything for your exhibit area. Information on rental equipment is posted on our website - www.johnsoncofair.com.
• Electrical outlets are included for all indoor spaces, and must be prearranged for outdoor spaces. Internet Service must also be prearranged and paid in full before provided.
• Outdoor exhibit areas will be marked. It is important to stay within the space allocated.
• Prizes will be awarded for the exhibits using our theme “Let the Good Times Roll”
